- Side Plank (8 - Breaths)
- Downward Dog (8 - Breaths)
- Four-Limbed Staff (8 - Breaths)
- Half Frog (8 - Breaths)
- Upward Facing Dog (8 - Breaths)
- Do all the pose, as shown in the above picture, and make a 30-secs gap between each pose.
