30-DAYS SLIM DOWN CHALLENGE
- Get up early in the morning and do jogging.
- Eat a high-protein breakfast like boiled egg's white.
- Add fiber to your diets like bananas and corn.
- Start counting calories, that will make you more committed to health.
- Eat more slowly, it will improve your digestion and helps you to lose your weight.
- Do maximum cardio, it will burn all of your extra fat and makes you smart & fit.
- Get enough sleep every night, it will also improve your health.
- Before going to bed, drink green or black tea, it will improve your digesting system and helps in burning of fat accumulated around the belly.
NOTE: If you follow all of the above-mentioned rules for at-least one 1-month, it will burn all body extra fat, and make you slim, smart, and fit.
