"Full body stretches exercises", is today's topic. After the whole day workout, we are too much tired that unable to do proper exercise and as a result, we look lazy and tired every-time. So, here I am sharing with you a total body stretch, which will make your whole body relaxed and more comfortable in just 7-mins.

One thing more about these stretches, as after workout our muscles are stretch-up and we are unable to do many our daily activities -sometimes eating too- these stretch will also cool down them and make them relax. With my personal experience, just in 7-mins, you will feel light, relax, and fresher after doing that stretches.

FULL BODY STRETCHES EXERCISES

Here are the following stretches, that will make your body more comfortable and relaxed:
  • Chest (35-sec , 2-sets)
  • Triceps (35-sec, 2-sets)
  • Lower Back (35-sec, 2-sets)
  • Hamstrings (35-sec, 2-sets)
  • Piriformis (35-sec, 2-sets)
  • Calf (35-sec, 2-sets)
