I mean to say that you reduce the quantity of your single meal, but increase the number of meals, in that way you can have 5-6 meals in a day. That will make it easy for you to digest food and maintain your weight and health. Also try more fruits, fresh vegetables, salads, and lean protein that will not only help you keep lean but also good for your healthy pregnancy.Also eat 12-15 ounces fish or shellfish once a week, which is very good for a healthy pregnancy.
Choose Healthy Snacks
Try healthy snacks in between meals, like low-fat yogurt or low-calories sweets, this will keep your sugar level in blood stable that is also very necessary for a healthy pregnancy.Stay Hydrated
