"How much water should drink in one day?", is a very informative topic for everyone. As, about 60% of the human body and  75% of the brain is made up of water, and it is usually quoted that water is the second name of life.
According to a health report, just 20% of Americans drink enough (2.7-3.7 liters) water a day, and as a result, we are facing different serious health issues, like high blood pressure, constipation, overweight, stress, etc, as water serves as fuel for our body.

 Now the question, "how much water should drink in one day?", varies from person to person, there is a thumb rule for it, just divide your weight by 2, and the remaining figure is the number of ounces of water that you should at least drink in a day. Drink water when you feel thirsty, and also include a variety of beverages such as juice, tea, and coffee, etc in your daily routine. Here I am sharing with you a healthy water drinking routine, which will keep you well hydrated :
  • 2 glasses of water as you wake up in the morning, that will help to activate internal organs.
  • 1 glass of water before a meal, that will help digestion.
  • 1.glass of water during the workout, that will boost energy.
  • 1 glass of water before the bath, which will maintain the blood pressure.
  • 1 glass of water before sleeping, which will avoid stroke or heart attack.

Follow the above pattern to drink water, that will not only maintain the body water level but also keep you healthy and fit. According to research, about 7-8 glass should drink in a day, that will boost your body's immune system and keeps healthy and energetic.

SIGNS TO DRINK MORE WATER

If you have any one of the following symptoms, it's mean you are not drinking enough water:
  • Dizziness
  • Concentrated urine(Yellowish)
  • Dry lips
  • Watery eyes
  • Wrinkles or premature aging
  • Constant headaches
  • Fatigue
  • Thirst
