FULL PLANK
Lift your hips up in line with shoulders, extend both knees as shown above figure, breath normally and hold this position for 45-60 secs.
Planks are the great exercises for strengthening core and having six pack abs.Hold this position for 45-60 secs, take 30 secs gap and repeat again, at-least 5 sets.
ELBOW PLANK
Face down on the floor resting on your elbows and knees, then raise up off your knees onto your toes and hold this position for 45-60 secs.
