Snack: Plain Greek yogurt + Nuts

Lunch: Pesto chicken thigh

Dinner: Grilled fish with vegetables over romaine


DAY 2 - KETO TUESDAY

Total net carbs: 19.8 g

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs + keto mug bread with cheese cream & sugar-free coffee

Snack: Green smoothie

Lunch: Kela salad with grilled chicken with olive oil dressing

Dinner: Chinese beef with broccoli.


DAY 3 - KETO WEDNESDAY
