DAY 2 - KETO TUESDAY
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs + keto mug bread with cheese cream & sugar-free coffee
Snack: Green smoothie
Lunch: Kela salad with grilled chicken with olive oil dressing
Dinner: Chinese beef with broccoli.
DAY 3 - KETO WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs + keto mug bread with cheese cream & sugar-free tea
Snack: Turkey jerky(sugar-free)
Lunch: Chicken wings with celery sticks
