Today here I will share with you a healthy diet plan for weight loss, about 22 lb in just a month, the key of my healthiest diet is, "focus on vegetables, fruits, and high-fiber grains, that are low-fat, low-calories and plant based foods to lose weight, prevent heart disease and other health conditions.

AFTER MORNING WALK
Try to get up early in the morning, and go for a morning walk, it will make your whole day fresh and active.After morning walk or as you get up in the morning, drink a glass of normal water with 1.tsp honey and a lemon.It will helps to burn stubborn belly fat, plus also flash out all the toxic out of body.
Ideal time: 6-7 am
Don't have it later than: within 30 mins of waking up.
Must remember: Drink before having bath.
WEIGHT LOSS BREAKFAST
Here's the healthy breakfast for weight loss, base on higher protein, fiber and starch.
- 2.slices - Whole white bread
- 2 - Egg' white(boiled)
- 1.tbsp - Peanut butter
- 1.cup - Tea

- 1/2.plate - White rice(boiled)
- 1.plate - Vegetables salad
- 400.ml - Water
Drink water at the start of lunch, eat slowly and finish your lunch within in 10-15 mins.
Ideal time: 12:30-2 am
Don't have it later than: 4 pm
Must remember: An ideal time gap between breakfast and lunch is 4 hours.
