INGREDIENTS
- 2.tsp - Baking Soda (alkalizing powers, helps to boost digestion, also stop clogging of food particles and remove waste particles from the body.)
- 1/2 - Lemon Juice
- 8.ounce - Clean drinking water
DIRECTIONS
- Combine soda in water and then add a few drops of juice to it.
- Stir this mixture well until the baking soda is absolutely dissolved.
- Drink this each morning on the empty abdomen, 20-30 minutes before breakfast.
