This diet consists of the daily consummation of lemon and lemon juice. It`s recommended to consume it during the day, especially in the morning for detoxification.
DAY 1: On an empty stomach, drink 1 lemon and 1 cup of water. In the afternoon, do the same, on an empty stomach again. The first day is very important in this diet because the organism is preparing for consuming light food.
DAY 2: In the morning and in the afternoon, drink one glass of water and lemon. During the day drink mineral water with lemon juice in it.
DAY 3: Juice of 3 lemon and 3 cups of water per day.
DAY 4: Juice of 4 lemons and 4 cups of water per day.
DAY 5: Juice of 5 lemons and 5 cups of water per day.
DAY 6: Juice of 6 lemons and 6 cups of water per day.
DAY 7: 3 lemons and 10 cups of water mixed with a teaspoon of honey and drink the whole day.
DAY 8: Juice of 6 lemons and 6 cups of water per day.
DAY 9: Juice of 5 lemons and 5 cups of water per day.
DAY 10: Start reducing the amount of one lemon and a glass of water, to the 13th day when again re-take the juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup water.
DAY 11: Take 4 lemons and 4 cups of water per day.
DAY 12: Take 3 lemons and 3 cups of water per day.
DAY 13: Take 1 lemon and 1 cup of water per day.
DAY 14: Juice of 3 lemons and 10 cups of water and a teaspoon of honey and drink before breakfast as possible, and the rest during the day.
