• 2.tbsp - Coconut Oil (adds luster, shine and growth to your hair. It also prevents hair breakage and split ends contributing to hair length. Coconut oil promotes the scalp health fighting against such problems as dandruff and insect bites)
• 1.cup - Fenugreek seeds(source of Nicotinic acid which encourages hair growth and Lecithin which energizes hair follicles.)

DIRETCION:

• Take a cup of fenugreek seeds and if you have short hair you can take half cup of fenugreek seeds.
• Soak these seeds in water for 2 hours.
• Then filter these seeds and grind them to make a paste.
• If paste is too thick then add 1-2 spoons of water in it.
• Now add 2 spoons of coconut oil in it, now your hair mask is ready.
• Apply this mask all over your hair and scalp. Massage for 10 minutes.
• Leave it for 2 hours. 
• Wash your hair as you do and apply conditioner.
