Losing weight quickly is a difficult task, but it is achievable with the right diet and a few easy exercises. Today, I'm going to give you an "Egg Meal" diet plan that will help you lose 12 pounds in a week. Actually, eggs are high in proteins and vitamins, which will keep you healthy. Eggs will also speed up your metabolism, causing fat around your stomach to burn more quickly. Use the Egg Diet for a week and avoid eating unhealthy foods to observe the benefits.
EGG DIET PLAN CHAT
1st DAY:
- 2 cooked eggs, 1 cup low-fat milk, and 2 oranges for breakfast
- 6 ounces cooked skinless chicken and 1 cup yogurt for lunch
- 1 cooked egg, 5 ounces boiling skinless chicken, and 1 orange for dinner
2nd DAY:
- 2 cooked eggs with 1 lemon juice squeezed for breakfast
- 1 grapefruit and 5 ounces of grilled salmon for lunch
- 3 hard-cooked eggs for dinner
3rd DAY:
- 2 hard-cooked eggs and 1 cup warm water with 1 squeezed lemon for breakfast
- 6 ounces of cooked beef and 1 grapefruit for lunch
- 3 hard-cooked eggs for dinner
4th DAY:
- 3 scrambled eggs with onion, parsley, and dill for breakfast
- 5 ounces cooked chicken with salad for lunch
- 1 hard-cooked egg and 2 oranges for dinner
5th DAY:
- 1 tablespoon sour cream, 2 hard-cooked eggs, and 2 carrots for breakfast
- 2 carrots, 1 cup fresh orange juice for lunch
- 3 ounces of cooked fish and 1 boiled egg for dinner
6th DAY:
- 2 cooked eggs, 5 oz. low-fat yogurt and 1 lemon or orange, freshly squeezed for breakfast
- 2 grapefruits and 2 cooked eggs for lunch
- Grilled chicken skewers with bell peppers and onions, 1 glass of lemon-squeezed water for dinner
7th DAY:
- 2 cooked eggs and half a grapefruit for breakfast
- 6 ounces of meat and 1 orange for lunch
- 1 glass of lemon-squeezed water for dinner
Follow that diet plan for a week and you will be surprised by the results. If you want to speed up your metabolism, drink lemon water on a daily basis.
